Subscribed to promotion and perpetual license now gone
 

Hi All,

Took advantage of current promotion where stated I'd get to keep my perpetual license. In doing so poof my perpetual license is now gone. Support case number 04251053 filed last night. Please redeposit my perpetual license that was clearly stated I'd get to keep in this current promotion. Disappointed but thanks if anyone can help.
