xpand! - can i load samples into this??
 

Hi guys,

Can i load samples into xpand! or is it just an instrument?

If i can't, can someone suggest a cheap sample payback instrument please?

No, you can't load any samples into Xpand. But you might have found this out by reading the manual. There is some software samplers out there that support RTAS (i.e. NI Kontakt or Motu MachFive). Or wait for the release of Digidesign's sampler Structure. But I don't know if these are in the category "cheap". Maybe you also find a freeware VST to run via Fxpansion Wrapper.

Just be patient with this forum software, here it is also really sllllloooooow sometimes!
