Feature Request - Target Button short cut key

Target Button short cut key.

Shift plus clicking the insert?

yea, but I was thinking a key combo.

Not sure how that would work. How would ProTools know which ‘new’ plug-in to window open without clicking on it? Or do you mean a “toggle on/off” key for the red button? Still not sure how much use that would be when you’d still need to use the mouse to open another plug-in, but maybe I’m missing something.

one less mouse step with the Target short cut. I dislike mousing ... a lot.

I think it's a good idea - key combo to enable/disable target in frontmost plugin window. Probably can do this in Soundflow - I'll have to try.

Soundflow.
ya know Rich, every time I see something back from you, I'm learning up something I've not heard of. Not that that's a bad thing.

But between learning, feeding the cat and tweaking my bike, I don't have enough time to mix!
Drinks.

But if you use shift-alt to open a plug-in, you never have to de-target the current plug in anyway. Don’t think I’ve ever had to anyway. Still if there’s a massive demand for it then who am I to argue.
