Under the Unavailable tab in iLok License Manager I have the following:

Avid Complete Plugin Bundle (26)
Pro Tools HD Plan
Pro Tools HD Plan
Pro Tools HD with Upgrade and Support Plan 2015 (8)

What are these, and can they be reinstated via Avid's Get Current program?

I don't know if the following is relevant, but in my iLok cloud I have these:
Avid Complete Plug-In Bundle (26)
HEAT
Pro Tools Ultimate Perpetual Bundle (with 10/11/12+I/O) (9)

No.

That flag means you gave up that license to do a different upgrade.
The "HD Plan" ones only work when you also have a regular license. You do not have a regular license in that set. This was the old system before they did locked groups.

Overall, this looks like an iLok account that has been upgraded a few times and you are looking at the expired licenses that are given up when you upgrade to the next version. None of them are reinstate-able because these are not individual licenses.

1. Pro Tools HD 11 (4) 0/1 never used in iLok- account and listed as Non Contract in My Avid account. Today I synced up and the iLok Pro Tools HD11 has vanished. (or did it?) (6-28 It’s Back Pro Tools HD 11.
Is this upgradeable?

2. Pro Tools 10+9 bundle 0/1 not in use. Is this upgradable and if so in it the PT’s Studio upgrade?
