MC Mix should be 1.5.4.0 and MC Control 1.3.7.0 ... So you are up to date on the MC control

Yes, the firmware says its up to date.

For now I've got to dismantle my two units and get on. It was good flow while it lasted. Lesson learned - do NOT upgrade operating systems until they're ok'd.

Is anyone still having this issue? Is there a fix for this problem? I am running Sierra 10.12.6 on Mac.

I just upgraded to OSX 10.13.6 and now my Artist Control has a bright red screen. The firmware is up to date, so this looks like a problem that doesn't have a solution. Did anyone figure it out? :confused:

I finally figured this one out. :D

I needed to update the EuControl Software. There are some strange bugs still in the software, but now I'm running v3.7 on OSX 10.13 with no problems. The red screen is gone and all the bugs I was having with the Eucon software crashing has stopped.
