I just got Pro Tools SE with a Fast Track Pro interface. What is the best version of Pro Tools I can use with this interface?

For Windows, 8.0.3 is the latest version of Pro Tools SE.

If you are talking about an upgraded version, you can use the Fast Track Pro with Pro Tools MP9 or Pro Tools 9. See www.avid.com/compatibility and www.avid.com/protools for more information.
