MBox "launch control panel" button not working again with the latest driver

I have a "non-english" Windows 7 Ultimate x64 (it's in spanish). The "launch control panel" button in protools is not working. My ProTools version is 10.3.0.

I'm using the latest driver (1.0.19) according to this page.

In the change log, it says that in version 1.0.11 "Fixed an issue with launching the control panel on non-English systems". So, either that wasn't entirely true, or the issue is back.

It may be worth mentioning that, although my OS is in spanish, I use ProTools in English, not spanish.

Is there something I can do to fix it?
