Annual Subscription: Standard to Ultimate?
Does anyone know:
I am about six months into my current annual subscription, paid monthly, for PT Standard. I just upgraded to PT Ultimate, annual subscription, paid in advance. How can I cancel my subscription to PT Standard? Or am I stuck paying for it? I assumed I would be able to sort it out in my Avid account portal but see now that was a bad assumption. Thanks for any knowledge. |

Sounds like you bought a second subscription since there isn't an upgrade path between subscriptions. Please start a support case via Access The Support Center > Equipment in my.avid.com to provide Avid CS with your account info and System IDs to see what can be done. Thanks!
