Account Locked due to multiple unsuccessful sign in attempts
 
Hi There!

I've been getting this error message every time I try and log in to my account:

Your account has been locked due to multiple unsuccessful sign in attempts. Please try again in a few minutes.

This has been happening for weeks now even if I haven't tried to log in for days. Very annoying as I can't download the software to run my S3 when I try to run it on other people's rigs (Eucon should *really* be made public - I can't see a reason not to).


How do I go forwards with this?

I can't find an account based on your User Name or email address so please start a case to provide your my.avid.com email address.

I am having the same issue as well. I've been using the correct user name and password but it locked me out of my Avid master account and it hasn't unlocked in weeks.
