PT 2019.6 at 96Khz mutes random regions

1 Attachment(s)
When running a 96Khz PT session i get the following....

Random regions do not play audio ( although i can see that the master fader level meters are playing the region, no audio is heard.

Several track meters don't show any level, only a peak level is intermittently displayed.

When the track meters on the playback channel display properly... random regions don't playback.

Short Pre roll... region A plays, regions B + C show level in the master fader but are not heard

Longer Pre roll... region A shows level in the master fader but is not heard, but regions B + C play.

Converting the session to 48Kz, problem solved

I run sessions at 96 constantly and some at 192. No problem whatsoever. Everything smooth.

Well, here's a response from Avid Customer Care below...

I'm sure recording with the suggested buffer settings won't aggravate any actors

Hello Stephen,

Thank you for your response. Please use HW Buffer setting 512 or higher.

Regards,

Nestor
