Can´t contact support - re-register used MC Mix
 

Hi,
I´ve purchased an used MC Mix from a friend and wanted to contact Avid to reset the serial number in their database. However, if I try to use the form
http://avid.force.com/Support/RegistrationCaseCreation
I simply get an error: "Value '08/08/1988 can´t be converted from Text to Date". Some nasty java thingy. I´ve tried Chrome and IE, same error. Does any of you have a simple email-adress to contact Artist/Euphonix support or any other tip for me? Thank you in advance!
