Don't receive reset-password emails
 

Hi

I've tried to reset my password, which is succesful. But I never receive any emails, so I can reset my password.

Please help.. Rather important, because I cant start pro tools, because that I need my activation key.

Password to what? Activation for what version of Pro Tools? PT9 uses an iLok activation. Previous versions use a typed in code that is either included in the package, or emailed to you once you register the software.

Password to my activation of PT 8 ..
I've had to remove all of PT 8 from my mac, and when I wanted to install it again I couldnt authorize it, because the activation code allready has been used one time.

I then tried to log on to my account at digidesign, but could't remember my password. Thats why I have to reset the password. But I dont get the reset-password mail..

Could it be because its a Hotmail ??

Actually yes! Hotmail users have been reporting problems lately, including people I know. :rolleyes:

Either that, or you used a separate email with your digi account.

It's actually your Authorization Code that you need as discussed in your other thread.
