Error Code on Pro Tools MP9

I purchased the MP9/M-Audio Fast Track Pro bundle about two months ago. Recently, when the software is booting up, I get the following error code:
AAF library initialization failed (C\Program Files (x86)\Digidesign\Protools\AAFCOAPI.dll)
Any advice on fixing this?

Sorry I omitted this info from the previous post: Toshiba computer with 8 gigs RAM; Windows 7 64 bit OS.
