Bounce to Disk problems....

When I attempt to mix to am MP3 format in PTLE 6.1 I get an error box:

Could not complete the "Bounce to
Disk.." command because:
Priveledged instruction executed in
user mode.

How can I fix that..and what the heck is it?

Jeff,
I would upgrade to 6.4...hopefully that'll fix it.

The problem is a long time bug in the MP3 option. You cannot use the higher quality settings.
A work-around seems to be to record the final session on an audio track and bounce (export) to MP3 from the region window. Much faster that way too. An e-mail to tech support on this subject was pointless. This has been a problem since v5.3.1 at least.

Your subject brought to mind the gymnast I used to date back in high school.
Thanks, Jeff.
