FYI: ...finally i made it and stw-audio goes AAX! :-)

REFLEX+ V3 is the third generation of the delay algorithm based echo/reverb unit REFLEX+ ambience effect plugin.
It is capable of generating huge spaces as well as modulated echoes and reverb through a cascade of regenerating delays and thus is an ideal tool for big ambient atmospheres.

V3.0.1 supports AAX 32bit and 64bit architecture on Mac and PC and is compatible with ProTools 10 and newer.

thanks stefan and tom is correct. this is a great plugin! great sounding and priced right. can get sounds from mild to wild and you will kick yourself if you don't at least try it out. once you try it i am sure you'll buy it... it is WELL WORTH THE PRICE. cheers and GREAT job stefan!
