Payment Failed Error Please Help
 

Hi, I have been trying to pick back up with my Pro Tools subscription but every time I try to check-out and pay I get an error saying payment failed.

I have tried different debit/credit cards, bank accounts, I tried to have a friend do it with his card and address. I tried making a new Avid account and tried different browsers and computers/devices. None of it is working for me. Is there anyone that can possibly help me with this please?

If a moderator could move this to the licenses section of the forum, it might more easily get picked up by Jeffro or other avid folks.

I would skip trying to do this thru the Avid site and purchase thru a good retailer. In Europe, Thomann would be one suggestion:o It shouldn't change the cost, but retailers are better equipped to handle this over any web site(just a personal opinion).
