Email Required Error? Help with the website!

hey i know this isn't necessarily a hardware or pt related question, but i am trying to download the new 6.9.2 update and i keep getting the "email required error" even though i am positive i am entering my valid email address.

anyone else having this problem lately? is the site screwed up, or is something wrong with my account? help!
