Problem when using Nuendo 3!
 

I use Mbox 2 pro to record vocal. When I record with Protool LE, it's ok. But when I record with Nuendo 3, I can't hear any sound from my microphone.

How can I do to hear vocal when I record with Nuendo 3?

I assume you've assigned the Digi ASIO driver in the VST Connections section and your hardware isn't the problem.
Is "Direct Monitoring" checked off under Device settings?

Do you have the little brown Monitor button pressed on the channel strip in the mixer section? That has to be activated in order to moniter the input of each track you are going to record to.
