Avid Pro Audio Community - Plugin Control with HUI (X-Touch)

is there any way to control plugins that support control over HUI?

I had an X-Touch ONE and even upgraded to the 8 fader X-Touch (knowing of all the limitations of HUI Protocol before). I like working with it.

I discovered that (e.g.) softube plugins display the same blue frames around some plugin controls that the PT channels display when selected with the X-Touch. I could not find out how to control these with the controller. I searched a lot on the web, but no luck.

If that helps anyone, the only reason I kept the X-Touch One in the first place (same is possible with the X-Touch), is that you can "jump" with the eight-block-of-channels to any channel in the mixer by ctrl+shift+clicking on a channel. I stumbled across this by accident in a forum after long searching. I think that stepping through sessions by clicking the fader bank button is such a workflow killer, that without the feature of "jumping to channels" the X-Touch would be unusable for me.
