Favourite plugins in different projects
 

I used to see plugins I wanted to be displayed on top of my list in different projects and now every time I create a session I have to chose them again. How can I make it once for good?

This happened to me quite a while back and I don't remember for certain ( I think I trashed all PT preferences and then had to go back and re-designate them as favorites ( hold "command" on Mac and click the plugin desired ) And remember you have to do this for both mono tracks and stereo tracks as well.

Preferences:Mixing Preferences: Default EQ and Default Dynamics.

Have you trashed PT prefs? that would make them disappear and you would have to re assign them again.


Or if you have changed to a different frequency for you new current sessions then you would have to re assign them for the new frequency. i think 44.1 and 48k are the same but if you go to 96k then you would have to re assign them.


Also have to do them separately for mono and stereo

Hold down command key (mac) to have your favourite plugs go to the top of the folder

Edit: sorry, misread your question. I actually have the same problem!!

Command Click to add plugin to Favorites is working here on a MAC ...

Yep works fine here also on Mac. (I mistakenly said Shift and Command in my first post , now corrected)
