Unable to launch Pro Tools- Access violation, unable to read location 0x000000008

I have been having a problem launching Pro Tools for about the past week.
When launching Pro Tools it initializes the plugins then stops and shows this;

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...ls%20error.PNG
Reading: Could not complete your request because Access violation occurred, unable to read location: 0x00000008

I am using Pro Tools Express 10.3.4 on a windows 7 64 bit computer with a 3rd gen Mbox Mini.
Note: None of the I/O etc. has changed/modified in the time between Pro Tools working fine and getting this error.

I have been searching the user conference here and google for answers and possible solutions for about a week now, nothing has worked.

Any help would be appreciated! :-)

Extra Note: I just noticed that Sibelius isn't working either

Already Tried: Reinstalling, Repairing Install, Moving iLok to a different port, Changing I/O among others, Deleting preferences, Removing plugins, Moving Hardware, Sync/Repair iLok, Update/Reinstall Drivers

When starting up and the splash screen is up, hold down the N key and change your playback engine - usually works

Cheers

Thanks for your reply but Pro Tools doesn't load far enough to be able to change the playback engine. I have also tried launching it without hardware plugged in, it gives the unable to locate hardware dialogue box then after reconnecting gives the same read error.

And your ilok sync's fine with the ilok manager? You can perform a sync and repair?

What's ur hardware? Your interface?

Have you tried installing or reinstalling the latest drivers for your mBox Mini 3rd Gen?

I have looked at iLok manager and performed the sync/repair. Still no luck.
Also updated original post with hardware etc.

I tried updating all of the drivers I possibly could but still getting the same problem.

Thanks for your suggestions!

move or rename the folder that the plug ins are in. If it loads right up, it's one of your plug ins.

Hi jeam

Unfortunately, I have not been able to solve the problem :/ Although, I upgraded to pro tools 11 and it didn't and still doesn't have any problems..

Sorry that I couldn't give you an answer, but good luck :)
