Avid Control App Key customization Dissapearing
 

Hi All,


I'm using a Mac Studio M1Maxx chip with 64 GB of RAM, Pro Tools 2022.7 and Eucon 2022.4. I've got this working with an S1 and Dock with both android and Mac tablets.


When I customize softkeys or the user keys on my S1 and Dock they work great. Then after the system is restarted or sometimes other sessions are booted, the customization disappears and is back to factory. The settings are being saved at the time they are being made.


Any ideas that might help?

I am having similar issues with my dock. Customizations don't stick. The Dock lights start acting weird at random times (like suddenly the Save/ok lights are not lit, but they work). I wonder if one of the latest firmware updates is messed up. This behavior started recently.

Try doing an Export so you can get them back with an import...let me know if that works

I have done the exports, but they are unsuccessful. When I try to retrieve them, they are not available.

How do you mean not available?
