192 i/o leds spiking?

Suddenly the LEDS (8) on the 192 I/O have started to momentarily visually spike every 15 seconds...no audio is affected. Sessions do not seem to be affected. I have re-seated all connectors. Have you experienced this?
INTEL MAC PRO 10.4.11 PT TDM 7.4

I had some spiking meters every few seconds on the 192's one time and it was a clocking issue.

it wasn't on all the channels at the same time though.
