PT 12 licence disappeared
 
Hi there,

I've been using PT HD 12 at my place of work and there has not been any problem until today. I logged into the iLok manager and after that I couldn't open PT 12. It asks for a licence activation. I look in my account and there isn't one, and yet this Mac has been running PT 12 for more than a year. I am stumped. I am also now very behind on my deadline.

Please can you help.

Unfortunately iLok licenses have been known to go missing when the license manager auto-syncs at startup. You can try resyncing the iLok, refreshing licenses, moving all the licenses off and putting them back on the iLok. In the end, if you can’t find your license in your account you’ll have to create a support case with iLok and Avid to find your license and get it back.

In case you're using iLok Cloud, like me, look in File menu of the IlokManager and close and then reopen "Your Cloud session". Worked for me the last time iLok Cloud servers went down (which happens, unfortunately) and when they were back up (which fortunately is after a short while), my license was still gone.

Same thing here...now I have to cancel a session...not cool. I started a support case but I have no idea how long until I hear back from someone. :mad:
