PT 11.1 QT Disabled Sound Settings -BUG?

Trying to export Quicktime Movie in PT 11.1 HD .. have successfully exported a version from the session before and was able to change the sound settings for quick time.. however now whenever I go to export the sound is greyed out.


Originally exported at 48khz 24bit, as well as versions at 44 16 all LCM, Then when I tried exporting using AAC the video engine died, pro tools froze, restarted and now is greyed out.

I have opened a new session with a different video (Video B) and went straight to bounce quick time and was able to change sound settings. I then opened another new session and imported the source video from the session I was having troubles with and then I got the same error. I then tried importing video B into that same session and have the same problem with disable sound settings box.

If anyone has any ideas or needs further clarification on anything please post :)
