FS: 2x Mac Pro 5.1 (12-Core), HDN Card, Mojo DX card and breakout box
 

Hello all,

I am thinking of parting with two different Pro Tools rigs (but with no Pro Tools software. These are:

Pro Tools Rig #1:

• Mac Pro 5.1 (with upgraded GPU to go to Mojave),
• Avid HD Native Card
• Avid Mojo DX card and breakout box.
• Apple 23" Display

Pro Tools Rig #2:

• Mac Pro 5.1 (with upgraded GPU to go to Mojave),
• Avid HD Native Card
• with an AJA card and breakout box instead.
• Apple 23" Display

Additional Info:

1. As hinted above, both computers have the Nvidia Quadro K5000 Mac version 4GB GPU installed that natively support Metal and runs Mojave without a problem.
2. The computers have slightly varied CPU specs, RAM and Hard Drives but these are easy upgrades.
3. Both 5.1 Mac Pros carry a dual CPU tray, and it was part of my plan to upgrade all CPUs to the Intel X5690 (The 6-Core ones). I did purchase the CPUs but I never found the time to do this myself. Hence, I am happy to supply these as well for anyone to do the upgrade themselves

Price: £1500 each

I'd be happy to help putting them up to someone spec before selling.

Happy to have someone inspect the systems if they're local.
