PT 11 doesn't recognize mic 3 and 4 imputs Mbox Pro

Hi folks.

I have a Mbox Pro with PT11, and currently I need to record 4 channels simultaneously, but in menu selection imput I/O only recognize in1 and in2.
The interface has 4 mic channels in.
I check into audio device and there show only 2 mics in, so what can I do? I try download again the driver at AVID but it doesn't working.... So any suggestion?

For me, the screen capture is too fuzzy to give any info. What about the IO setup page>Input tab? Open that and if it only shows mic 1&2, hit the default button and see if the rest of the inputs appear(if they don't, just click on "Add Path" and create 2 new mono inputs, Name them as you like and click dots on the grid to finish the routing).

The MBox Pro does not have 8 analog ins. It only has 6. I don’t know why the driver is laying out and labeling the paths the way it is but have you simply checked the ones labeled as “In 5-6” to see if Mics 3-4 were appearing there?

I suggest you delete all of the input paths and then click on the default button. Do the same for the outputs and buses.
