Ilok license transfer problem
 
This is my first post, so hello everyone.
I have a problem, because my ilok is lost. I bought a new one (iLok 3th gen.)
On my iLok account I did iLok lost procedure.
I have RMA number. My last iLok has been deactivated.

When I try replace lost ilok on avid.com I have to provide Avid Support Code.
When I was looking information I found that the transport licenses to another ilok cost 20 $. But in the form they ask for ASC. Avid Support Code: Pro Tools Ultimate pricing it's $ 79.95 + VAT.
My licenses are Pro Tools HD 10/11 not new Ultimate.
$ 79.95 it's a lot because it's more expensive than buy another third new ilok ($ 49.95) create new ilok account and pay for tranfer fee ($ 20). Moreover ASC for PT LE, M-powered etc. cost $ 39.95 for the same - license transfer. So I think it isn't good way.
Should I buy Service Transfer / Replacement Fee?
Another companies only ask me for RMA.
PLEASE AVID HELP ME, I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT PT.

Hello, I have recently submitted a case to replace the license on a new iLok and have yet to receive a response. Just curious as to what the normal time frame for this is as I need pro tools as soon as possible.

Welcome to DUC.

Do you mean you lost your license on an old iLok? Or the old iLok stopped working?

If you have a damaged iLok you are trying to replace, you deal with that entirely with Pace/iLok. Details on their site.

If you have a missing iLok and subscribed to Pace TLC ditto. Deal with them.

Otherwise... if you need to involve Avid make sure the name and email address you used here on the DUC forum the same as you have with Avid/Avid support? Or even better post the support incident number here. You will likely have to wait until jeffro is at work and sees this, but the better info you provide the faster you are likely to get help.

yes, i have lost a license on an old iLok. I have already purchased a new iLok and filed a case through Avid and purchased an ASC to get a replacement license on the new iLok. I was just curious was the timeframe was for that. The case number is 04275146 and the username and email is the same from this account is the same for avid support.
