Plugins disappeared after renewing
 

So I recently renewed my Ultimate perpetual for the year and a license for regular Pro tools for my house machine. End of March.

Yesterday, Had a guy travel 1000 miles to finish a mix in person. Something we've been working on daily for almost a year with no issues. I'd been working on it daily in April.

We load sessions up. Pro Limiter, Reel Tape delay, and a few others have no activations found. After much hemming and hawing, I had to download demos just so we could review the tunes. Do I have to buy these extra now? Or did I do something wrong when I re-upped.

So damn frustrating. NOTHING changed and it all worked fine day before yesterday.

2019.6 on HDX and Cheesegrater.

It sounds like the complete plugin bundle license needs to be refreshed. You can do this in the iLok license manager. The plugin bundle is a subscription license that needs to ne refreshed every time you renew.

I did find It on ilok LKicense manager. It says "currently valid thru 03/31/21"

Considering I have 2 licenses for It, and both were reupped on 3/31/21 and it reflects that in my avid account, I don't know why this is happening. it worked as of April 1-10

Happened to me. Plug bundle expired. Avid shouted out and gave me a grace period. Approx two weeks.

Perhaps that's why it worked for you early April

Had the same problem with Falcon. iLok shows expiry date as 31/03/2021 and a refresh date as 29/03/2021 with subscription as 1 year. So it looks like I could use it for only 3!!days. Really?
