What Monitor do you use for Pro Tools?

I'm thinking of getting a new 32" (non-4k, I have two 27" 4k displays and it's just not working for me).

Why not just change the resolution to something other than 4K on the monitors you have? Or do you just want/prefer a single widescreen?

I use 3 at 1920x1080.

(left) 24" monitor = plugs/video/other
(center) 43" TV = Pro Tools Edit
(right) 24" monitor = Pro Tools Mix

I have a 48" TV on the wall between my speakers, that I use for everything, PT, entertainment and practical stuff. I can control it from the other side of the room with bluetooth devices, and it gives me a good view of PT when I stand in the sweet spot, on the middle of the room with my PT controllers in front of me.

Then I have a 32" calibrated BenQ under the TV, that I can sit in front of, close to, when I need to do mouse/keyboard-intensive stuff w/PT, or edit photo/video with color correct display.

Both screens are 1600x900 resolution. Makes them easy to see from a distance, and easy to swap windows and applications around. Modern macs and macOS's makes this very easy and powerful. I feel M1 'system on a chip' with the processor doing graphics and 'unified memory' is making the whole multi display experience more wonderful and fluent than ever.

I have no trouble with the low resolution when sitting close to the 32", and I can easily use the 48" from four meters away.

What was the question, again? ;)

I run a pair of stacked(over and under) 32" Viewsonic screens running 1920x1080(I paid $300 for the pair as refurbs from amazon) and a 3rd 1920x1080(24") for stuff I like to see, but keep out of the way. This would be a 27", but my 27" has no mounting holes on the back:(:o

I use a single 32" Dell Ultrasharp monitor.
I just scale it so things aren't tiny on the screen.

Thanks:D It feels pretty efficient, but the 24" is going to need to swap out for something bigger, but its all I have at the moment. I just set that screen for a lower resolution so the text isn't too small for my old eyeballs to read:rolleyes: The layout was born from trying to use a touchscreen(not the Slate, but DTouch). I dug the layout, but was not happy with the restrictions of the DTouch software(and Slate has the same issues). I was using a 43" TV in the middle for quite a while, but got frustrated with inconsistent color(but it was a cheap ROKU TV).

I'm using two 24's plus a 43" TV in the middle. The TV color probably isn't perfect, but when I need accurate color I just toss it over to one of the 24's.

Two Dell 27" for me. If I had the real estate available I would switch to a 42" television.
