Pro Tools Subscription missing under "My Products"
 
Today I purchased a pro tools monthly subscription. What do I do next? When I look under "My Products" it's not there.

Did you purchase it under the same account you are logging in to check for it with?
Did payment post for your subscription? You should have received something like a receipt of payment.
Log out and back into your Avid account if you haven’t done so already.

If so, post back and I’ll try and escalate it for you.

Support got back to me:

"I can see that your order is still in review. Please wait within 24-48hrs for your order to be fulfilled. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been completed."

Kind of weird that it's in review and didn't just go through instantly, but at least now I know what is happening.

I've made it further along, but still having issues.

Under My products/pro tools, I click "Receive license and downloads". It sends me to a new page "Please select iLok.com account for your purchase".

I already have an ilok account, so I enter my existing Ilok User ID. I then enter my iLok password and click "authorize". Next, I'm sent back to the previous screen titled "Please select iLok.com account for your purchase".

I've tried several times to enter my iLok credentials, but I never get passed this screen. It's stuck in a loop.

Any ideas?
