Virtual soundcheck on more than one S6L at the same time in sync
 

Hi,

I just would like to know, if it is possible to use a PT rig for virtual soundcheck thru the cat5e (AVB) in a way, that this feed is splitted into two or even three?
For example monitor console virtual soundcheck is sometimes good only when the PA is also on, and runs the very same signal at the very same time.
So I know, there are AVB compliant network switches out there, and using one of them just to split the signal comming from the PT rig and use it for 2 or 3 S6L consoles simultaneously would be awesome.

You can do this using multiple VSC playback machines, and syncing them via MTC. The important thing there is that you would also have to record to all of them in sync also. So when recording, turn on the Sync and let one user control the transport.
