Lost iLok/License Recover
 
Hi, I've lost my iLok, did my RMA, bought a new one, bought an ASC, filed the case but not a response, Is there anything else I should do? My case number is 03900159.

Hi, welcome to the community.

iLok issues are handled by iLok -- you probably need to send them some kind of official report of stolen key or whatever, they will be able to help you. If not, your insurance company is next on the line.

Sounds like you already did the iLok steps in the process and are waiting for our response. Will check into this...
