First Renewal Experience - Cannot Use Pro Tools
 
Hello, I purchased a monthly subscription through Sweetwater, and everything was fine for the first month. I was feeling comfortable with PT 12 and ready to do some major work, but now after the first "renewal" of my subscription, Avid apparently has dropped the ball. In my iLok account I have 2 of the 3 licenses showing they were renewed, the Pro Tools and Pro Tools Plan, but the Pro Tools Subscription was not renewed and now I can't start the program on my PC. This is very disappointing because I've done nothing wrong, my payment went through, and Sweetwater has acknowledged that. Their tech support was supposed to contact Avid today to resolve by the end of the day, but as of yet it is still not showing as renewed. Another night of wasted time with no PT!! :confused::mad: Please help if you can, my iLok account is under the same email address.

Redeposited your licenses so you can activate those and get back to work while we investigate the problem. Will start a support case for you.
