MBox 2 USB not recognized, blinks 3 times on loop
 

Mbox worked fine for 3 years on the same computer (PT LE 7.1 cs 10) - so I dont think its a hardware problem.
Last week we were doing a great updates:
1. firmware v 1.43 was succesfully installed
2. upgraded to PT 8.0.3 (I dontkhnow about firmware in this version)

And so, we decided to plug the Mbox in USB port in the front, not in the back of the computer.
And... Evrthing crashed...
Now it was working...
And now its not...

So, what now:
1. Mbox 2 USB is not recognized on ANY computer in studio (2 of them has PT 8.0.3) - nothing happens at all. Nothing flashes, nothing going on. PT (on both) says - no hardware found.
2. In the exactly same port on the front panel of main comp we do have:
- system is flashnig "The USB device is not recognized"
- every time that systems doing so the USB and S/PDIF Leds BLINKS three times green.
and its going like neverending loop like that...

I think its a problem with firmware... but I dont know what to do...
Any help here?

And what this "3 times blinker" means?
Maybe its giuding to indicate the exact problem?
