Uninstalling Pro Tools 10 in Yosemite
Somehow I have a copy of PT 10 on my computer. I downloaded it with PT11 back when I was on Mavericks. I've never used it. PT 12.6 says it won't install while I've got 10 on my drive. Uninstaller doesn't do anything. I'd like to make sure I keep all my plugins and templates. Everything I've done has been in 11 and 12. Are there any folders I should keep that are shared with 10?
I found this list, but it refers only to 11. Is it still relevant? http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/e...ools-Mavericks Thanks |

Re: Uninstalling Pro Tools 10 in Yosemite
The problem is that PT 10 isn't compatible with OSX 10.9 or higher and the uninstaller doesn't work. I was able to manually uninstall using the process in the link in my original post with no issues so far. I haven't installed 12.6 yet because I'm in the middle of a project. I guess that will be the test.
