Avid ASC Support in the UK
 

Does anyone know what on earth is happening with Avid's appalling support (at least here in the UK that is)?

The phone is prompting to go online, I've got the ASC number and going to the online page below:

Is not letting me submit the number.

All I am trying to do is submit the TOO for the Avid 9 HD that I sold to another member of DUC.

Any ideas anyone?

Hey

Dunno anything about support in the UK (mods are not told these things) but as I am here and a Mod I will escalate this and make sure your TOO gets thru as soon as possibel brother.

Esaclating now so pls let us know in the thread if you need any more assistance with htis or if you are hooked up and good :-)

Many thanks for helping out!!

I am not sure there's anything you can do though:

No one picks up the phone at Avid HQ and submitting the ASC code using the designated webpage does nothing!

Any ideas of how to proceed?

Yeah I sent this to Avid support so they will contact you as soon as possible.

An you pist the case number here so Jeffro and or Digitechsuoport can look at that to get you assistance asap?
