Fast Track C400 Win8 Update
Does the Fast Track C400 drivers will be update to be full compatible with win8 64 bits ?

Re: Fast Track C400 Win8 Update
It's a pretty new product, so think at some point the drivers will be updated to officially support Win8, although that is just speculation and hopes (I own one myself). I think you can use the Win7 drivers in Win8 anyway though.
I wouldn't move to Win8 until AVID qualifies it for use either way though. I'm not sure what DAW software you're using but Win8 isn't qualified for use with Pro Tools either. Joel |

Re: Fast Track C400 Win8 Update
There was a new driver 1.1.5. It's cool, but there is a problem - when playing the guitar at the host (cubase or other) and the external music player crash appears.

Re: Fast Track C400 Win8 Update
I`m having the same problem with the same version of driver, but on Win 7 Home Basic SP1 x64.
But I have not only crashes, but having clipping and in the video player clipping happens in strange manner. It starts at the fixed time on the video and after few seconds the sound disappears completely. When I rewind video backwards, and start it again, it plays normally, but at the same time it starts to clip, and after the same amount of seconds the sound disappears again. Sorry for my poor English quality, I`m working on it at the moment )). |
Re: Fast Track C400 Win8 Update
Please tell us how can we take info about these bugs to the developers? We really need this driver, but without the bugs! Thanks anyway!

You can start a thread on the idea scale website entitled "enter text" bug report.

Wow... How do the idea scale is involved in Avid drivers? Only if it is not a secret. I`m just new in all these things and sorry for my missing knowledge. Thank You!
