Instability with ew Play pianos

Anyone else experiencing this? I can use Play for strings, winds, brass, and percussion all day with no problem. Load one of East/West's lovely pianos and suddenly I've got crashes galore. Even if it's the only track in the session. Often, a session saved with a Play piano in it won't even load without crashing PT.

Windows 7, PT 12.4, Composer Cloud.

Thanks for the reply. I'm all up to date. It's probably something peculiar to my set of installed plugins and/or anti-virus. Or my sample drive could have a bad sector. I sure am loving Composer Cloud apart from the piano hangup.
