No. It's just that the last OS update was only about two weeks ago.

Ok. Just installed Big Sur 11.3.1 and fired up Protools 2021.3.1. Sessions load up and play. Plugins seem to be there and VI's playback. I don't use Protools for video but I'd assume the video import bug is not an OS issue.
