PROBLEM WITH CONNECTION, PLEASE HELP!!!
 

Hi! I just recently bought the MBOX 2 and am really looking forward to recording. Here's my problem: I also bought an external pre-amp, it's a Focusrite Platinum Twintrak Pro with the Digital I/O option, just because I needed more inputs. I have it connected through the S/PDIF option on the MBOX and also changed the settings on Pro Tools. It absolutely will not record, and I just can't put my finger on it.

I have a Dell Inspiron 700m, Windows XP, using Pro Tools 7.3., also using a 250 GB external hard drive. I've tried everything I can think of and I'm sure it's my own ignorance that is preventing me from recording. I'm sure there are some connection problems, any help would be great. Thanks!
