EuControl - App Erroring
 

Hi ...

Trying to set up my iPad (8th Gen) and a Windows 11 - PC for EuCon use .
I get an error, when I try to open the EuControl - App .

Have you tried to uninstall(using the EUCON installer) and check remove all Apps and remove all settings, reboot and install again.

I just uninstalled EuControl, rebooted, installed v3.7.0.134 and rebooted .
Now I can open the app, but I there's no items in the surfaces list ; though both devices, Windows 11 PC and iPad (8th Gen) are connected to the same wi-fi network (I'm using a TP-LINK TL-WN823N-USB wi-fi dongle .)

A funny thing, when I open the EuCon - App, I get a bit of slowing down on my PC (mouse not working as it should and every once in a while I can't get the hidden taskbar icons to show up / e.g. EuCon) .

That is not the correct version, its many years old! You need 22.4

Now on 22.4 and everything's working as it should .

Now to a next dilemma ;
So it's not possible to view the time-line / project windows in the Control - App / iPad ? I've addressed this issue on REAPER - forums as well and the only thing folks out there came up with is to use a screen mirroring software .

I mean I'd be using this Control - App to record a few bar drum loops, using this iPad more as a transport - , than mixing - surface ... so I wouldn't have to grab for the mouse / keyb in between the takes .
