What happened to the HD7.4 online upgrade?

I have been trying to figure out what happened to the full HD7.4 download. It seems to have disappeared. Is it no longer available or is it just a glitch? Digi?

The HD 7.4 Download should be available in your MyDigi Registered Downloads section or on your DigiStore order history page.
