Re:what was wrong with the old one? except that you phoney ah.

I spent my family vacation in the Queen Charlotte Islands last summer. During a rest stop I spent an hour or so speaking with a native tribe member. After quite some time, and a great amount of detail describing his trials and tribulations, he asked me what I do for a living.

I explained to him that IO was a neuroscience researcher and lecturer at the University of British Columbia.

"But what do you research?", he asked.

I further explained that I used surgical techniques to study how the brain stores information Ie memory.

He paused for about 45 seconds........and then said.....your name is Brain Digger.

I thought that was too cool, and so Brain Digger it is.

I really do love that story.

cheers,

dave

Thanks Roy. I have been watching and listening to your 'post your tunes' thread. Love it. Also appreciate your enthusiasm and constructive criticism. Keep up the good work, and thanks for your continued participation. Soon,......I will be making some posts to such a thread.....real soon. I hope I can be as supportive.....watching, reading and learning.
