Subscription not renewing, already paid
 
Hello, I am currently trying to use Protools on my Mac Book Pro but i am not able to get past the activate ilok page when i open protools and It is insisting that my subscription is not renewed. The expiration date is for Nov 5/16 and it says it should of renewed for Nov 3/16. I can see other posts on the forums with the same problem and was hoping for some quick help with this issue, thanks.

Solved, hopefully. I just phoned avid and he sorted it out, said to try again in 15 minutes to and hour and it should be working, will post around then to confirm for sure.
