Using protools 7 with reason and abelton live
 

Is it possible to run all three together, if so, what should the setup be like? The problem im having is that all three will come up but I would get any volume from reason or live. If protools is running, nothing esle works. If it is not running, i will get sound from reason, live will not give any volume either. Live wants to operate only as the master, but it is rewired as a slave.

If anyone can help, please respond.

You need to use PT as the Rewire Master in order for all three programs to work together.

1). Start PT and create a session.
2). Create 2 Stereo Aux Tracks
3). Insert Reason on one, Live on the other (Reason should now automatically start up, you will need to manually start Live).

You should now be able to get signal out of both Reason and Live, via the auxes in PT.
