Identify Bar|Beat Markers Not Appearing Where Instantiated
 

My Bar 1|1 marker generated in the proper location, but when I instantiate the second marker, the marker does not appear where I inserted it.

Is this a Bug?

Conductor is on, I'm in slip mode, and I am tabbing to transients.
