002 and Logic HW connection
 

I have a mirror door dual 1.0 ghz computer logic 7.1 and pro tools 6.9.

Everything works fine in PT, buit when i boot up logic and ry to assign the 002 in the hardware prefernces section it loads it and then 5 seconds later it says
"Audio Device has been removed"

I click OK
and then it says
"The previously selected audio device has been removed"

But the Core audio manager is still open. I think this is a core audio manager problem Anyone having this issue? i cannot find any help on the net regarding this issue.

mum is the word? I think Digi needs to create a revision for their Coreaudio driver. What do you say digi. Fix?

I have excatly the same problem.
002 of course works fine with Pro Tools. The drivers seem pathetically unstable with Logic - which is surely a fault of the Digi Core Audio driver.
