Avid play not accepting title
 

Hello all,

First of all, I couldn't find an Avidplay subforum so I'll post this here. My apologies in advance.

I've got this song I want to distribute via Avidplay, but it won't accept the title in the track details section. I didn't have this issue with other releases, but "Close to You" seems very difficult somehow.
Since Avidplay never tells you what you are doing wrong, I really hope someone here can tell me what's happening. This is getting pretty annoying.

(Tried to send a ticket, but that's also almost impossible to do, with avid telling none of the boxes are filled in, while they really are all filled in).

Even here I'm not getting any response. This is getting really annoying.
I'm paying for getting songs released, but EVERYTHING stays in ready for review.

Wow, what a customer service, and how professional.

Yeah, unfortunately the world's new business model is "Just give us your money and please do not contact us with any issues you may encounter with our product".

In the future I imagine company's that actually offer excellent support for their products will start getting people moving over to them as well as the new comers.

The subscription thing for just about anything is also getting really tiring.
