Faders issue, possible replacement..?
 

Hi

I've been notice an increasingly crank on 2 of my S3 faders, a feeling similar to sand in the faders rails and they sometimes get stuck..This also reflects on automation where I can see that parts of the movement were dropped.

Since this looks like a physical problem I'm quite sure both faders must be replaced sooner or later, my unit was bought in later 2017. I've run all test to see if the faders behave differently without my interaction, and they look and function normal during the console utility tests.

Can anyone tell what is the right procedure for this issue?
